Who we are

Hidden Visit is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: info@hiddenvisit.com.

What we collect

Client account data: your name, email address, business details and the briefing you provide. Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only a customer and subscription reference, never card numbers. Assessment data: observations made by assessors about interactions with your business. Assessors record what happened and how it was handled; we instruct them not to record employees' names unless a name was volunteered as part of normal customer service, and not to record any special-category data. Assessor data: identity, contact and payment details for assessors we engage.

Why we use it

To deliver the service you have ordered (contract), to run and improve our business (legitimate interests), and to meet legal obligations such as accounting records.

Sharing

Assessors receive only the scenario and business details needed to complete an Assessment. Stripe processes payments. Our hosting provider stores the data. We do not sell data.

Retention

Assessment data and reports are kept for 24 months after your subscription ends so that you can compare results over time, then deleted. Accounting records are kept for six years.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
